Kentish Flats Wind Farm – Whitstable Kent

After several successful projects working on wind farms throughout Scotland K2 have been contracted by Swedish energy company Vattenfall Vindkraft A/S to carry out some profile changes to the 40 wind turbines sited at the Thames Estuary.

Site is accessed by means of a motor launch which acts as the stand by vessel whilst our team of 2 abseilers fit new company logos for the newly acquired site by Vattenfall. Their site coordinator Paul Thomson was delighted with the works carried out that we have since continued this project at a farm in Denmark .
